moved wind,
an art competition and exhibition in western Germany, calls the 4th time for wind(y) art!
This year's issue
refers to all that wind forms and to all that forms wind: wind
form.
The competition is awarded with 2500 Euros. Wind is a
global affair as art is it - this is why we are especially interested
in international artists (all disciplines). Further information and
